Analytics — Umami

This site uses Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Page views and referrer data are aggregated and stored on our own private server. No data is shared with third parties.

Live Chat — Customerly

This site embeds the Customerly chat widget. If you choose to start a conversation, Customerly may process your name, email address, and the content of your messages in order to provide support. Data is processed in accordance with Customerly's Privacy Policy. If you do not interact with the chat widget, no personal data is collected.

Infrastructure

This site is self-hosted on a private server managed by Igor Zanella. No third-party hosting provider processes your data on our behalf.

Legal basis for processing

Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage. Chat data is processed on the basis of your consent (by initiating a conversation).
